Terms and Conditions for Participation with Kizomba Evolution

These Terms and Conditions apply to all attendees of Kizomba Evolution classes and activities. By attending classes, events, or engaging with Kizomba Evolution, you agree to these terms.

1. General Obligations of Visitors and Attendees

1.1. Visitors and attendees must comply with the rules, guidelines, and instructions provided by the teachers, staff, and organizers of Kizomba Evolution.
1.2. Attending any location where Kizomba Evolution or its teachers are hosting, teaching, or organizing events is done at the attendee’s own risk.
1.3. Students acknowledge that participation in dance classes involves inherent risks, and Kizomba Evolution is not liable for any injuries sustained during classes or while on the premises.
1.4. Students are responsible for their personal belongings and any damage caused to Kizomba Evolution’s property.
1.5. The use of wardrobes or the placement of personal belongings in unsecured environments at locations where Kizomba Evolution is teaching or organizing events is at the sole risk of the attendee.
1.6. Theft or intentional damage to property occurring at any location where Kizomba Evolution is hosting classes or events will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
1.7. Any damages caused to the property, or injury to the staff or teachers of Kizomba Evolution, will be reclaimed and fully reimbursed by the responsible party.

2. Use of Devices and Media Rights

2.1. The use of cell phones, mobile devices, cameras, or other recording devices during classes is prohibited without prior permission from the teachers or staff.
2.2. Any images or videos taken by Kizomba Evolution staff, teachers, or organizers of attendees or visitors may be used for marketing and promotional purposes.

3. Course Enrollment and Payment Terms

3.1. Enrollment in any course offered by Kizomba Evolution is secured upon completing the sign-up form available on the official website: www.kizombaevolution.nl.
3.2. Kizomba Evolution reserves the right to refuse any course registration without providing a reason.
3.3. Course fees are payable after registration via a payment link provided in the WhatsApp group or in cash.
3.4. All course fees must be paid in full before the course begins unless a separate written or verbal payment agreement has been made with Kizomba Evolution.
3.5. Students introducing two (2) or more new students who sign up and pay for a full course are eligible for a €5 discount for a duration of two months.
3.6. Participation in classes is restricted to those who have obtained prior permission from a teacher of Kizomba Evolution.
3.7. Discounts granted to students or visitors are non-transferable and apply only to the individual, event, and amount explicitly agreed upon by Kizomba Evolution.

4. WhatsApp Groups for Students

4.1. Kizomba Evolution maintains a WhatsApp group exclusively for students actively participating in a course at the time.
4.2. Students will only be added to the WhatsApp group upon receiving explicit permission from Kizomba Evolution.
4.3. Students who do not enroll in the subsequent course will be removed from the WhatsApp group on the first day of the new cycle. Such students may be re-added to the group upon re-enrollment in a future course.
4.4. Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or intimidation of any kind in the WhatsApp group, during classes, or at events will not be tolerated.
4.5. Students engaging in such behavior may be removed from the group or classes, while staff may face termination. In serious cases, such incidents will be reported to the authorities.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1. Canceling a course or subscription is free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the new course.
5.2. Canceling a course or subscription between 24 and 12 hours before the start of the course will incur a charge of 50% of the total cycle cost.
5.3. Canceling a course within 12 hours before the start will result in no refund.
5.4. Refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of the course start, class, or event will only be provided for medical reasons.
5.5. Cancellations after the start of a course or class will not be refunded under any circumstances.
5.6. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 days of the agreed refund request.

6. Missed Classes and Class Cancellations

6.1. If a student cannot attend a class after the course has started, they must notify the teacher(s) at least 24 hours in advance.
6.2. Students failing to notify the teacher(s) before the class begins will not be allowed to make up the missed session.
6.3. Kizomba Evolution reserves the right to cancel a course, part of a course, or an event at any time without providing a reason. Students and guests will be notified as soon as possible.
6.4. Refunds for canceled classes or courses will be provided partially or fully depending on the remaining classes and the reason for the cancellation.
6.5. Students or guests with outstanding payments may be denied attendance at classes or events until full payment is received.

7. Behavioral Expectations and Termination of Enrollment

7.1. Kizomba Evolution will not tolerate inappropriate behavior, harassment, or intimidation during classes, events, or in any associated communications (e.g., WhatsApp groups).
7.2. The dance school reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrollment for repeated violations of these terms or for any reason deemed necessary by the management.

8. Marketing and Promotions

8.1. Attendees are prohibited from promoting other dance classes or organizations within the regions where Kizomba Evolution is actively teaching without prior permission.
8.2. Kizomba Evolution retains full ownership of its educational materials, choreography, and other intellectual property. Reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited without written consent.

9. Complaints

9.1. Any concerns or complaints should be directed to the management of Kizomba Evolution (Donnovan) via email at kizombaevolution@gmail.com or through a form available on the website: www.kizombaevolution.nl.
9.2. Kizomba Evolution will communicate its decision regarding the complaint to the complainant in writing within 14 days of receiving the complaint.
9.3. Complaints will be handled confidentially, and the complainant will not face any unfavorable treatment or victimization for raising concerns.

10. Updates to Terms and Conditions

10.1. Kizomba Evolution reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Students will be notified of any changes, and continued enrollment implies acceptance of the revised terms.
